Forex Fundamentals FAQ: the questions traders ask us most about the membership, our data and how to use our calls, each with a short answer.
Getting started
Do I need experience with fundamental analysis?
No. Every major pair gets a call from our desk, every term is explained where it appears, and the Academy walks you through rates, inflation, jobs and positioning step by step.
What does a free account give me?
The Week Ahead preview by email every Sunday and two free Academy courses. The economic calendar, the currency data and the forex news headlines are open to everyone, without an account.
The product and its data
Where does the data come from?
From the central banks, the economic releases and the CFTC's weekly Commitments of Traders report, scored as each release lands, beside the news about each currency.
Which currencies are covered?
The ten majors: USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, CHF, AUD, NZD, CAD, SEK and NOK.
How often do the calls change?
When the data behind them changes: a release, a central bank decision, a shift in positioning. On most days most calls hold, and the daily brief says which ones moved and why.
Trading with it
Do you give trade signals?
No. We say what the fundamentals say about a pair and how sure we are. Entry, size and exit stay yours: this is research, not a signal service.
I am a technical trader. How does this fit?
Use our call as a filter on direction and keep your own setups for entries and exits.
Is it useful for day trading, or only for swing trading?
The calls are a daily read of the fundamentals, so they serve as context on any timeframe. They change with the data, not with every move in the price.
Membership and payment
What is the difference between Essential and Pro?
Essential carries our analysis: a call for every major pair and why, the news per currency, alerts and the Academy. Pro adds the currency data in full, the banks' own research on each currency and pair, your own positions in the Sunday Week Ahead and the Pro MCP for Claude and ChatGPT.
How can I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly, or in crypto for a year at a time.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, under your plan. Cancelling takes a few short steps, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
